Recognition of human rights and freedoms in Russia means that personality in its relationship with the state is not an object of uncontrolled state activities, but an equal entity that realizes its constitutional rights. No one in the Russian Federation may be restricted in the protection of his rights. The State does not only refrain from interference in the sphere of rights and freedoms, but also provides active activities of the state to create conditions for their realization. Because personality in its relations with the state acts as an equal entity and the state is not limited in time of its development, realizing, in the freedom of choice of the population, the current state status of compliance with the rights of every man, man is not limited in time of his development either. This is guaranteed by part 3 of article 56 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation based on which, according to the equality of the entities of man and the state man is also ensured an infinite lifetime, i.e. eternal life.
