Answer: Due to the fact that, in accordance with the current legislation of Serbia, Grigori Grabovoi has been acting as an individual entrepreneur since 2016, GRIGORII GRABOVOI PR KONSALTING TECHNOLOGIES OF ETERNAL DEVELOPMENT and entities entering into agreements sign only sub-license agreements.
Thus, the licenses in the form of sub-license agreements are issued. These licenses are issued for the right to use trademarks GRABOVOI® and GRIGORI GRABOVOI® and the right to use the works.
Only the individual entrepreneur «GRIGORII GRABOVOI PR KONSALTING TECHNOLOGIES OF ETERNAL DEVELOPMENT» is entitled to issue the licenses in the form of sub-license agreements. Other entities have no right to issue licenses as of 2016 onwards. The Licensees who worked until 2016 may renew the licenses granted to them earlier through the signing of sub-license agreements with the additional possibilities, of which they were informed by email.
All license agreements concluded before 2016 cease to have effect.
